Government Harassment, Torture and Mind Control Experimentation

There are victims of something refered to as gang stalking or organized stalking, covert harassment, and mind control experimentation (1, 2, 3). These all are basically the same thing, government and corperate run (sponsored) hidden (covert) campaigns of psychological harassment, psychological and physical torture, and mind (control) torture using arcane technologies that attack and/or alter the mind (brian function). They can manipulating moods, causing distress, fatigue and inflicting a vast array of other symptoms on the victim (target), both mental and physical. “Say the words “Mind Control” and most people think of sciencefiction or lunatic fringe. Yet, incredible as it may seem, mind altering technology is real.” –Judy Wall, researcher (4). Like most targets and people trying to expose these horrific hidden crimes, Judy Wall has been stalked, as well as targeted with the same technologies that she writes about.
Targets of these campaigns become known as Target Individuals, and their lives are firstly assaulted with smear campaigns that isolate them from family and friends. The campaigns then sabotage, either slowly or quickly, everything from employment and finance, to marrages and family ties. The aim is to, through pervasive coverage of a targets life, boycott the individuals every affair, from professional to leasure, and beyond. There is usually little help for the target, and any sympathizers the target may have, or may aquire while being targeted, will be worked on by the campaigners of these criminal assaults. Lies and clever profiles of the target will be presented to anyone and everyone in the community, who may have contact with the target. These people pose as private investigators, or they say they are from the government. Gag rules are given to all involved in the harassment, and are threatened with jail time or harassment if they do not follow the comands presented to them. Some people involved in the organized stalking are careerists in the activity, some get legal assistance in return for participating, other may get help with getting a job (5). As for the organizers who run these campaigns, former or present people in military intelligence, CIA, NSA. This is what I have concluded with all that I have read.

This phenomenon is not yet recognized by the mainstream media, the legal community, or mental health professionals. Why do people become targets, and how could anyone believe that an innocent person’s life would be assaulted in the ways as described by people reporting about gang stalking and mind control? (see symptoms)(8) It is stated that whistleblowers, activists, progressives, are selected for these campaigns, though some people are chosen simply for target practice for highly crafted and clever psychological terror and experimentation. Some say that gang stalking is ALSO a revenge service for hire, used by organized crime and people in high places. Some information on why it happens can be found on CATCH Canada, or following other links I have placed throughout this blog. Many, if not most people who become targets have not a clue why it is happening to them. Elenor White owner of raven1, Sueann Campbell, who owns a site dedicated to exposing and stopping organized stalking: Stop Covert War , are two of the many of innocent victims who have come under horrific assaults by being targeted by organized stalking, psychological harassment, and technological harassment. Allen L. Baker, an American academic who has himself been victim of government harassment and mind control torture using mind influencing technology states: Basically a person is selected for torture and surveillance for whatever real reason is involved — classified work, they are presumed subversive, they are a random experimental subject, etc. — and then one objective of the surveillance is to come up with plausible lies about why the surveillance was begun in the first place. –Excuses and Manipulations for Torture Baker.(10) The reasons behind why someone is targeted may be left to speculation, but one thing is certain, targets are innocent victims who have their civil liberties taken away, their human rights violated 100% in an ongoing fashion, and virtually have no recourse. “They [targets/victims] have been exploited and been put through experiences meant to demean them. In brief, that’s been the story of my life ever since. Some group is, hard as it may be to believe, targetting me for harassment, theft, sabotage, and even character assassination, at home, while travelling, and on the job. Within the United States there is a history of organized stalking and harassment, once conducted by the KKK and directed at blacks in the South. The United States government has its own history of experimenting on indiviuduals with mind control techniques, be they chemical, or technological. These are well documented, the history concerning the CIA’s mind control experimentation that was discovered and brought to an end during Senate hearings is called MK Ultra. Cointelpro was the FBI’s covert harassment program aimed at progressives, civil rights activists, outspoken individuals such a Martin Luther King. These programs are alive today, for some say they never ended, they simply went underground. An entire culture of sadistic psychological torture has evolved within intelligence and organized crime. “The 1960s program, coordinated by the FBI under the code name “COINTELPRO,” was exposed in the 1970s and supposedly stopped. But covert operations against domestic dissidents [and others] did not end. They have persisted and become an integral part of government activity.”- Cointelpro 90s … by Brian Glick. A youtube presentation featuring a rebroadcast of a C-SPAN video of a talk with Walter Mondale and other representatives concerning Cointelpro, the Church Committee findings, and operations by the NSA and CIA offers some very real considerations concerning the constitutional legality of operations of these intelligence organizations: Covert Actions Against American Citizens Living in America. And by the same person, who states recorded facts, and has researched these covert operations are two videos that depict quite accurately what gang stalking and covert harassment are today: Target Individual #31 and Target Individual #32 . What is highlighted in these short videos is the present day reality of targets, who are faced with ‘a full coverage system of surveillance’, a multitude of external stressor created by harassment, stalking, break-ins, on going pety theft, and assualts with technologies that by remote interfere with the functioning of the brain.
It is unclear as to the web of complicity, though the immense power that the people who run these gang stalking and covert harassment operations have points, in my mind and others, to some sort of connections to military intelligence, be it the NSA or the CIA. The fact that they can influence psychiatrists and people working within psychiatric facilities, businesses from utilities, airlines to local restaurants and radio, as well as local law enforcement, shows blanket coverage of a target’s life. The technologies used in some of these assaults are technologies developed by government intelligence and contractors. Judy Wall, a researcher and writer, has written a book and other articles that include patents for some of these technologies, while citing documenting proof that these technologies exist, and are deployed. (Judy Wall). Dr. Reinhart Munzert offers an article that covers to some extent the reality of these technologies. Many targets are diagnosed as being mentally ill, without even knowing that they are targets. Others who are aware of the assault on their life are forced into psychiatric facilities, sometime receiving harassment and ridicule within the facilities from doctors who are co-opted by the organizers of these campaigns. One such person is Penny Scheff: “Describing some of the experiences that resulted in a diagnosis of schizo-affective and presenting information that indicates these symptoms can be inflicted upon targeted individuals.” – Scheff”s blog.
Many people have come forward who are NOT suffering from psychosis in the true sense, but with accompanying external harassment, are hearing voices and others sound that are transmitted into their skulls by remote technology THAT EXISTS. From Direct Energy Weapons to Electromagnetic Frequency devices, these are acane technologies that are in use today, and they are targeted at individuals in the target communities of covert harassment, gang stalking, mind control experimentation, as well as organized stalking. The fact that these crimes are kept out of the media via a tight grip on such reports by the intelligence community relegates the entire topic to an area that has more in common of reports in the realm of the paranormal and ghosts. This fact of censorship should lead any intelligent person to think twice about these reported covert activities. There are real victims of these criminal activities, and the simple fact that reports and accounts are only provided by the victims themselves, as well as their advocates, points directly to a carefully guided hand by our government in censoring. Victims are typically always discredited through forced psychiatric institutionalization, and their contacts with friends and extended family will be either corrupted or interrupted. People close to these targets will be given gag rules by the people exercising these crimes, while false information painting the target as a criminal (rapist, child molester, drug dealer, etc) is presented to them. The gag rules function to stifle any sympathy for the target, as well as keep the truth about the psychological harassment/terror campaign from reaching extended family and the community.

The electronic harassment continues and can’t sleep. Tonight they are focusing on the temple area. The gang stalking is almost constant and although these people could hind and pretend whatever they want, their actions are being discovered by many.

Sheri,they could target you because something one of your relatives did or were part of.I don`t mean anything bad either.I mean they may have been against the establishment in some way.
They told me way back in the 1970s they were messing with me because my grandfather was a official of the UAW (United Auto Workers) He was there when unions took hold.The shadow government doesn`t work for the people.They work for the corporate powers.
There is a video on youtube where a woman claims she was choosen because her uncle,a colonel in the air force was against the Manhatten Project.
What they really are is psychopaths that need to be tried for their crimes in a honest court.

I have been followed, surveilled, stalked, had my apartments entered without my consent, forced into bankruptcy, tormented, shunned, isolated, friendless, been homeless for 2 1/2 years, booted from job to job for the better part of 10 years, spied upon, in lock down at a “mental health” facility for five demonic weeks, gawked at in restaurants (here they come-the gang of restaurant shitbags that can’t take their goofy eyes off me long enough for me to eat a meal). Every damned half-baked fruitcake to come dancing down the pike. I have been under some kind of surveillance my entire adult life-well over 30 years. Not one modicum of genuine concern or compassion have I ever felt from these calloused creeps.
Whew!!! I could go on and on with more freakshow happenings, but you get the point.

In the past I have I have been run down (chased) with a 8 FOOT long ELECTROMAGNETIC POWER FIELD ARC. It was tan and clear in nature. I was literally scared and running for my life. I have been asleep with covers around me, and lifted up off the couch by people using the same ELECTROMAGNETIC POWER FIELD EQUIPMENT. Towels and rags have shimmied off tables without human help. I have had gray balls appear on my TV set when the set was off. Ia m tired of hearing their computer generated crap (thus the MICROWAVE HEARING) refererred to in the sites above. It is overwhelming at times. I have been taken out of the workforce purposely. Thus keeping me broke and unable to afford, or gain access to proper help (law enforcement).
I personally have had Directed Energy Frequency Weapons pointed at me for so long. They have been working over my chest area, and lower abdomen. They say they are trying to take my body to a comatose state where everything starts to go bad at once. By depriving me of sleep it keeps my body from healing properly, and keeps my metabolism low. It has been hard to control my weight. They have threatened my life and everyone in my familys’ life. My Uncle Winifred Bolen was killed by this group – their every move about this was told to me by them.They worked over my mother and her husband with HYPNOTIC STATE & FREQUENCY WEAPONS. They know everything at any time of day about everyone in my family (mother, husband, sister, uncles, nephews, niece, cousins. This CYBERSTALKING GROUP threatened years ago to take me to quote “the lowest common denominator” poorhouse & everything else. I didn’t take them seriously enough at the time – and now here i am trying to seek justice with my health compromised & my life-expectanct severely shortened. This group of criminals gangstalking me is located on Hilltop Drive/Circle in Auburn, Georgia 30011. they also have a second group of people using this network illegally in Conyers, Georgia 30013 (at least 2 or 3 people working at SIMPLEX-GRINELL LP – the company I used to work for).
At SIMPLEX-GRINNELL LP, Conyers, GA 300139 (A FIRE ALARM/SECURITY COMPANY). I had to leave the company because I had people using REMOTE WIRELESS LISTENING EQUIPMENT in my direction. I have been ‘WANDED” and hurt badly by this. at some point the people in question started using one of the EAVESDROPPING NETWORKS against me. A SATELLITE ELECTROMAGNETIC FUSION LISTENING BEAM with which they have also used to hurt me, they have literally been been using this to “COOK” me with. They are still today using this against me, and have hurt me physically beyond repair. I will not go into great detail at this time as to the multitude of dirty things they have done to me using this equipment.
I have been shown through with some type of MAGNETIC IMAGING SURVEILLANCE and have had my internal organs altered, and aggravated to the that my life expectancy has been severely diminished. At this time I would like to those who have been a positive part of my life say thank-you for being there. Due to the length of time I have been stalked I feel that I may not be around much longer. They have poked, sparked and hurt me with the EMP-RNM BEAM for just that long. My bones are aching at the hinges, and threats from those doing the stalking the stalking are saying that they are going to kill me and everyone in my family, as they killed others. It seems that this beam is made partially of something called COMPTON RECOIL ELECTRONS (EMP) which is used to heterodyne (mix0 various types of frequencies on the beam. It is used to read people’s thoughts as well.
In 1997 I started to hear what appeared to be talking (very lightly of course). However it always seemed to be outside my apartment (no one was ever there). So I just went on about my daily business and really didn’t think much about it at the time. In the Spring of 2002 the REMOTE NEURAL MESSAGING crap they were transmitting became noticeable and unbearable. I still didn’t have a full understanding at that time of what was happening to me or the equipment being used. Now I am still here trying to get them to stop, and years have passed. I have struggled with this GANG STALKING GROUP the whole time. It has taken me this long just to get this far. My biggest mistake was believing that they would just get tired of bothering me. Then I would have gone back to leading a normal life. That never happened and it was late 2005 before I found the information on the internet to help start putting fact behind what I was trying to say.
I have been manipulated from a distance, and have had my every move countered at times.
I have exhausted most all means at this time of obtaining legal help. I spent last 2 years mailing different people in Law Enforcement (Atlanta FBI, Joint Terrorism Taskforce, Georgia Investigation Bureau, Barrow & Auburn County Georgia Police) Legal authorities have been manipulated in front of my eyes as well as before I can reach them. People have misunderestimated the human programming capabilities of this criminal network.The criminals using this ILLEGAL SATELLITE NETWORK can program, and manipulate honest people when they are asleep (unknowingly), not just when they are awake.
This GANG STALKING GROUP needs to needs to be brought to justice, and dissected to help prevent further abuse of the SATELLITE SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM you cannot talk to the NSA – no vehicle is in place for them to police themselves, or for them to help you. I have tried that already!
Why me? I wish I knew the real answer to that question. The criminals using this network against me I have never met. I do know enough to place proper Government (and Law Enforcement) officials in the direction of the criminals using the system illegally.

Well, it’s been four years since this all started for me, three and a half years since the implant in my eye. I don’t suffer from all of the symptoms you describe, although I suspect the ‘device’ is still capable of doing everything that has been mentioned here: for the time being it’s limited to stealing my thoughts, which, conservatively speaking, can only be described as a grave invasion of privacy, or if I were in one of my less politically correct moods something akin to psychological rape.
I live in the UK; five years ago I would have bet my life against this happening here; we have a proud heritage, and I would consider a generally conservative, reserved and respectful, outlook. The image I have for the UK doesn’t support this kind of treatment, for anyone, let alone one of her own citizens! It’s simply not British!
Yet, the fact that it has happened is undeniable. My hope is that some day what has become an every day occurrence for us will become less palatable for those around us; so much so that there is an outcry against it. God I hope this is so. Not because of any inherent goodness in us, but rather because they realise that by demeaning the value of our lives they demean their own, also; every violation diminishes the whole; every crime of this kind tarnishes the image of the country as a whole. A bloody stain on the fabric of our society.
Still, always the optimist, I believe that common morality, justice, and fairness will prevail. People are not all bad, some of them may even have a heart. I hope so.

Yep! I can confirm that this is indeed happening to me. What’s scary is that I was setup for a false arrest which is when the harrasement took full affect (I guess now they have a real reason for the harrasment, right?). However, for about 6 years prior to this, I have been harrased, lost jobs, but not on the scale that it is happening now. I was followed for at least 4 – 5 years prior to the arrest, in order to build a case and I guess if you follow anyone long enough, you might catch them doing something there not suppose to, or find something to use for a slandering campaing later on in the future. All I can tell is document, document, document, and photograph. If you have a some sort of camcorder, keep it next to you and ON while in the car because they WILL high-beam you. One or two high-beams is acceptable, but many many many in a very short-time frame (a day or two) and you know something is up. Don’t expect to see the same person too often if at all and photograping them will be difficult because they wear hats to cover their identity. Thanks to neighbours and friends here, I have some very good photos and even AUDIO! So keep documenting and most importantly, BE STRONG.

They are using Sensory Overload and sleep depervation and drugs to be able to get control of you. I’d recommend packing a backpack, leaving all electronics and hiking 10 miles out on a trail-in the middle of nowhere, then sleeping for as long as you can, do this a few times per week. They need to get on your every nerve to gain control. You see its about Mind-Control. These are Evil men. Pray to God to destroy them, and gain power. PS. Russia is now sending people with money into outer space-ie with a few Million dollars you can hire them to teach spy techniques and mind control to you. Russia actually invented it. My staking start about five years ago, I work for the Philadelphia Navy Yard, and when I work there it seem fine, then about six month latter people working there would say thing that I said in my house, at first thought imagine it, then it came more often, then I could not take it so left, then it got worst. The places I was working at I found out latter that it had some filtration with D.O.D. and there was allotted military or ex-military people.
Then I could not sleep only two hours day and places I went people would stare and make comments that said in my house; then my neighbors start to stare at me and my next store neighbor would repeat thing that I said in my house.
Then family members would say thing that I said in my house or car; I confront one family members asks why doing that, they said I do not know what you talking about.
And my psychiatrists I see know then he have said thing that you could only know from hearing from my house again. I know how this sound incredibly
So if anyone can give me insight what to do, I want the truth to come out what they are doing to me.
Is there anyone out there that worked at the Philadelphia Navy yard that has the same thing happen to them?

I am the victim of organized stalking, by the Canadian government and its police. When I lived in a coop, up until two years ago, it was such an organized effort, by some of my neighbours, (white and black), who also carried this out 24/7 against me. I have been dealing with this for years now. At first I was not aware of the surveillance infiltrating our daily lives at home. Gathering information, using it against you to torment.
